WARNER IS A COMEDY WRITER AND DIRECTOR WHO ENJOYS SPEAKING IN THE THIRD PERSON.

Ever since he was a child, Warner Nieborg dreamt of doing two things: Making movies and traveling to Saturn. As he grew older, he soon came to see that one of those dreams was pretty much impossible. Accepting that harsh truth, he decided to pursue his fallback option instead.

After a decade of training in the NASA Astronaut Corps, where he set several records and was considered "probably the best astronaut since Neil Armstrong", he learned that the Saturn mission was going to be shut down as the planet couldn’t afford to lose him if something went wrong. With his Saturn dreams canned, he decided to take up film, which he's been at ever since.

Warner has always been drawn to comedy due to the unique, personal stories that can be found within a good joke or accompanied by a hearty laugh, whether that laugh comes from dark humor, broad comedy, or something in between, He's especially interested in underdogs and characters that are in over their heads, who are dealing with problems they could never imagine. He enjoys high-concept ideas and loves finding ways to inject unique, off-the-wall elements into his stories.

At the end of the day, Warner just wants to tell stories and create experiences that will take the viewer or reader on a journey. He's always looking for ways to work in new genres and will never back down from a challenge.

And yes, that is his face next to the About section, no one ever told him he should stay behind the camera, but clearly someone should have.
